Sales Manager
to join our Canadian sales team and drive growth across
Alberta/Saskatchewan
. This is your chance to represent a globally respected brand in dental materials and technology, while making a meaningful impact on the Dental Labs, Denturists and Dentists that rely on our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management:
Excel in managing your assigned AB/SK territory by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through in-person visits, phone/email outreach, educational programming and collaboration with your local Dealer partners.
Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with Denturists, Dental Laboratories, Dentists and Dealer customers. Promote VITA products and services directly and through dealer partners, understanding and respecting the different customer approaches through each sales channel.
Educational Events:
Following company and budget allowances, execute in-office and external educational events and training. Identify qualified prospects and collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to deliver impactful experiences.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and marketing initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
Partner closely with your assigned Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to drive territory growth and ensure seamless customer support. Work with your fellow National sales team members to share best practices, challenges and ideas for growth.
Lead Conversion:
Evaluate customer potential, generate leads, and convert opportunities into loyal VITA customers.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate customer data and sales opportunities using MapLine; track sales and budget reports through applications like Jedox and Mapline to guide strategic decisions.
Travel
: Up to 90% auto/airline travel within assigned territories
AND
up to 10% national or international travel for trade shows and educational programs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in dental, medical, or healthcare industries
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented
Comfortable with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Willingness to travel within AB and SK and occasionally to key events/customers outside the territory.
