Manage business-to-business relationships that contribute to FCC\xe2\x80\x99s growing loan portfolio. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
- Market FCC point-of-sale financing primarily to crop input retailers
- Develop business relationships
- Execute sales and marketing strategies
- Evaluate market potential
- Problem-solver who builds strong customer relationships
- Collaborator with experience in consultation and business development practices
- Team player committed to helping others achieve their goals
- Strong communicator who\xe2\x80\x99s comfortable with executives and business leaders
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
- A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least four years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth knowledge of lending, marketing and sales
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively to meet partner needs within a prescribed territory
- A love for agriculture
