Le directeur de compte territorial, Schlage Canada, fait partie d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe \xc3\xa9nergique responsable du d\xc3\xa9veloppement de notre activit\xc3\xa9 r\xc3\xa9sidentielle et de vente au d\xc3\xa9tail Schlage en pleine croissance \xc3\xa0 travers le Canada. Ils sont soucieux du d\xc3\xa9tail, strat\xc3\xa9giques et analytiques avec la capacit\xc3\xa9 de sortir des sentiers battus.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s essentielles:

Le titulaire retenu sera responsable de la gestion de la croissance des ventes de la r\xc3\xa9gion de vente gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 une gestion efficace des comptes et \xc3\xa0 leur expansion. Cela comprend la conversion de magasin, la r\xc3\xa9initialisation de magasin, la coordination de nouveaux magasins, les visites de magasin, la mise en \xc5\x93uvre d\'\xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements et les projets sp\xc3\xa9ciaux.

Augmenter la p\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9tration du march\xc3\xa9 en d\xc3\xa9veloppant des relations solides avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe d\'achat des comptes assign\xc3\xa9s, les associ\xc3\xa9s au niveau du magasin, les chefs de rayon et les exploitants et gestionnaires de magasin.

\xc3\x89labore un plan d\'affaires pour le territoire et des plans d\'affaires personnalis\xc3\xa9s pour les comptes attribu\xc3\xa9s, les activit\xc3\xa9s promotionnelles, les programmes de gestion des \xc3\xa9tag\xc3\xa8res, la formation sur les produits, les strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'investissement et les objectifs de revenus.

Utilise les programmes de marketing existants pour maximiser la croissance des parts de march\xc3\xa9 et s\'assure que les strat\xc3\xa9gies de vente s\'alignent sur les objectifs de revenus et de b\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9fices d\xc3\xa9crits dans le plan op\xc3\xa9rationnel annuel. Responsable du respect des param\xc3\xa8tres de budget et de d\xc3\xa9penses pour optimiser le r\xc3\xa9sultat op\xc3\xa9rationnel.

Supervise et g\xc3\xa8re le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et l\xe2\x80\x99ex\xc3\xa9cution de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe r\xc3\xa9gionale de ventes sur le terrain.

Repr\xc3\xa9sente Allegion Canada avec la plus haute int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9. Effectue r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement des examens commerciaux et d\xe2\x80\x99autres analyses pour pouvoir formuler des recommandations qui am\xc3\xa9lioreront nos performances commerciales.

Repr\xc3\xa9sente Allegion Canada aux salons nationaux, r\xc3\xa9gionaux et locaux des concessionnaires et des constructeurs, selon les besoins.

Qualifications requises:

Au moins 3 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le de vente et/ou de marketing

Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire ou coll\xc3\xa9gial en vente et/ou marketing

Bonne attitude et bonne \xc3\xa9thique de travail et volont\xc3\xa9 d\'apprendre

Comp\xc3\xa9tences informatiques exceptionnelles

Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication et en r\xc3\xa9daction. Bilingue fran\xc3\xa7ais/anglais requis \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit et \xc3\xa0 l\'oral

Doit poss\xc3\xa9der un permis de conduire valide

Doit \xc3\xaatre pr\xc3\xaat \xc3\xa0 voyager jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 45 % du temps

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Director of COOP Sales, the ideal candidate is a self-motivated, driven sales professional with a passion for excellence. The Territory Account Manager, Schlage Canada, is part of an energetic team responsible for developing our growing Schlage residential/retail business across Canada. They are detail oriented, strategic and analytical with the ability to think outside the box.

What You Will Do:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the sales growth of the sales region through effective account management and account expansion. This includes, store conversion, store resets, new store coordination, store walks, event implementation and special projects.

Grow market penetration by developing strong relationships with assigned accounts Buying team, store level associates, Department Managers and Store Operators and Managers.

Develops a territory business plan and customized business plans for assigned accounts, promotional activity, shelf management programs, product training, investment strategies, and revenue goals.

Utilizes existing marketing programs to maximize market-share growth and ensures that selling strategies align with revenue and profit goals outlined in Annual Operating Plan. Responsible for meeting budget and expense parameters for optimizing operating profit.

Supervises and manages the development and execution of the regional field sales team.

Represents Allegion Canada with the highest integrity. Conducts regular business reviews and other analyses to be able to make recommendations that will improve our business performance.

Represents Allegion Canada at national, regional, and local dealer and builder shows as required.

What You Need to Succeed:

3 plus years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a sales and marketing role

University or college degree in Sales and/or Marketing

Good attitude and good work ethic and willing to learn

Exceptional computer skills

Strong communication and written skills. Bilingual French/English required both written and spoken

Must possess a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license

Must be willing to travel up to 45% of the time

The ability to multi task and handle various priorities

Strong ability to work in a collaborative, supportive way

Experience with both electrical and mechanical door hardware an asset
