Le directeur de territoire, Dermatologie m\xc3\xa9dicale, est charg\xc3\xa9 d\'atteindre tous les objectifs de vente du territoire gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 la promotion, \xc3\xa0 la vente et au soutien de nos nouveaux produits d\'ordonnance contre l\'acn\xc3\xa9. Ils rel\xc3\xa8veront du directeur r\xc3\xa9gional des ventes, dermatologie m\xc3\xa9dicale

Les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s comprendront, mais sans s\'y limiter, les \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments suivants :

  • Diriger la communication individuelle avec les m\xc3\xa9decins et les professionnels de la sant\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 l\'appui des indications de produits approuv\xc3\xa9es
  • Contacter des professionnels de la sant\xc3\xa9 et expliquer de mani\xc3\xa8re comp\xc3\xa9titive les caract\xc3\xa9ristiques et les avantages des produits propos\xc3\xa9s ; y compris la gestion des objections
  • Communiquer et \xc3\xaatre un point de contact/ressource cl\xc3\xa9 dans le programme d\'acc\xc3\xa8s/avantages pour les patients
  • Planifier et organiser des programmes de conf\xc3\xa9renciers et d\'autres activit\xc3\xa9s entre pairs sur le territoire en partenariat avec Medical
  • Diriger l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution des programmes Lunch and Learn
  • Communiquer des informations concurrentielles sur le march\xc3\xa9 aux \xc3\xa9quipes de marque et \xc3\xa0 la direction

Job Title: Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology

The Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology is responsible for achieving all territory sales goals through the promotion, sale and support of our new acne prescription products. They will report into the Regional Sales Manager, Medical Dermatology

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Directing one-to-one communication with physicians and health care professionals in support of approved product indications
  • Contacting medical professionals and competitively explaining features and benefits of products offered; including managing objections
  • Communicating about and being a key touchpoint/resource in the patient access/benefit program
  • Planning and organizing speakers\' programs and other peer to peer activities in territory in partnership with Medical
  • Leading execution of Lunch and Learn programs
  • Communicating competitive market intelligence to brand teams and management
  • Timely and accurate completion of all administrative expectations
  • Responsible for complying with Canadian drug regulations (Health Canada. Innovative Medicines Canada regulations and Sun\'s Policies) relative to field drug promotion
Skills/Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor\'s degree and minimum 3 years\' pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Proven track record demonstrating top sales accomplishments
  • Ability to develop relationships with physicians, nurses and ancillary staff within academic hospitals, clinics and private practice facilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian healthcare system processes including reimbursement preferred
  • Strong work ethic; ability to develop priorities and manage time appropriately
  • Competent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must possess strong business acumen
  • Works effectively with all members of a cross functional team
  • Ability to travel, with occasional overnight stays as needed
