The Role:



KMH Cardiology Centers Inc. is growing, and we are recruiting for a Territory Manager to join our Physician Relations team.

In this role you will be accountable for driving revenue growth by:

Raising awareness of KMH's commitment to service excellence and providing diagnostic education and communicate service updates to healthcare professionals within our communities in order to generate referrals, visibility and partnerships for KMH.

Helping to build our in-house Specialist practice referral base

The Territory Manager will grow the referrals base, partner with internal teams and foster relationships with healthcare professionals and their teams. Therefore, excellent relationship building, communication and collaboration skills are essential skill for this role.

The Accountabilities:



The key accountabilities of the role are:

- Maintain and grow KMH referrals from physicians and other healthcare professionals.

- Client retention and management

- Collaborate with internal departments on managing service issues.

- Use account management/reports to follow up with inactive referring physicians to assess opportunity

- Initiate new contacts and expand base through cold calls to medical offices.

- Nurture relationships with existing physician offices and their teams to maintain referral and assess additional referral opportunities.

- Nurture relationships with inhouse specialists in an effort to foster effective communication between our specialists and their referring community.

- Track activity and outcomes and provide required reports in Salesforce.

- Utilize data to create an effective and targeted referral list for referral growth.

- Promote and drive attendance to CME's and webinar events.

- Achieve performance targets and metrics.

Minimum Requirements:



Successful completion of a Bachelor's degree Experience working and interacting with healthcare professionals 2 years of effective business development and/or account management

Required skills and experience:



Similar experience in healthcare is an asset Understanding of the healthcare system in Ontario Demonstrated record in business development and/or account management Ability to navigate through all levels of decision making in an organization Ability to establish priorities and achieve objectives with minimal supervision Proven track record in achieving targets Proficiency in technology including MS Office Suite CRM experience is an asset Experience with an EMR system Excellent time management and organizational skills, self-starter Team orientation Articulate and persuasive professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional listener and creative problem solver and critical thinker

Vehicle:

The role requires travel to various clinics within the territory and a vehicle is required.
Our team is passionate about healthcare and includes clinical, clinical support and business roles with an entrepreneurial approach. This role works closely with the service and clinical teams at KMH.

This is a full-time on-site role scheduled for 5 days/37.5 hours per week during business hours Monday-Friday. This position reports to the Manager, Physician Relations.
