Key Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed sales targets through prospecting new clients and managing existing customer relationships.
Engage with hospital staff and decision-makers, including private and municipal ambulance services, fire departments, police, volunteer hospital services, and other market customers to improve patient outcomes and increase market share.
Utilize tools to analyze sales within the territory and develop strategies to close business and maximize growth.
Prepare forecasts for yearly, quarterly, and monthly business.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide excellent post-sale customer service, including communication and management of delivery dates, in-service training, and coordination of product repairs.
Maintain compliant customer records, including quarterly market share updates.
Actively participate in national, regional, and local trade shows.
What you needA
A
Required:
University Degree
3+ years outside sales experienceA
Preferred:
Degree in business OR a degree in a health-related discipline (biology, science, kinesiology)
3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales
3+ years of experience as a paramedic, firefighter, EMT, or EMR
Additional Information:
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
Must have a valid driveraEUR(TM)s license
