Position Description - Overview
The Territory Manager (TM) holds primary accountability for driving volume, market share and distribution within a designated geographic area for GWBC. This role requires maintaining a professional and positive corporate image in all customer interactions. Responsibilities include manage assigned accounts, cultivating and strengthening client relationships, and applying the Great Western Way sales strategy to drive sales targets. The Territory Manager will collaborate closely with various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Proactively engage with territory accounts through consistent visits to strengthen GWBC's brands.
Consistently exceed sales targets to accelerate GWBC's growth and maximize market share.
Cultivate enduring and mutually beneficial client partnerships that drive long-term results.
Champion GWBC brands to drive revenue streams and deliver positive ROI for our business partners and ourselves.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to deliver impactful point-of-sale strategies.
Analyze and report emerging market trends, providing actionable insights to the Commercial team.
Build strong relationships with account decision makers to secure new opportunities and reinforce existing alliances.
Leverage in-depth market expertise to identify untapped potential and implement tailored solutions.
Rigorously monitor KPIs and manage budgets to ensure optimal performance in line with company standards.

This position reports to the Director of Sales and collaborates with multiple business areas.

Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, retail, or distribution is required.
Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the sales process.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Willingness to work flexible or irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasionally statutory holidays.
