Le ou la gestionnaire de territoire en urologie est responsable de la progression des ventes, des efforts de diversification et de la gestion des comptes pour le Qu\xc3\xa9bec. Il ou elle est \xc3\xa9galement responsable du maintien d\'une relation commerciale positive avec les clients de Hollister Limited. Le candidat ou la candidate doit r\xc3\xa9sider sur le territoire.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

  • Pr\xc3\xa9senter de nouveaux concepts, protocoles, produits et programmes aux clients.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer un cycle de vente complexe en partant des institutions jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 la vente au d\xc3\xa9tail.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer une rencontre en suivant un mod\xc3\xa8le de vente consultatif, en ayant un plan/agenda pr\xc3\xa9alable \xc3\xa0 l\'appel et des attentes claires.
  • Analyser les donn\xc3\xa9es du march\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa9laborer un plan strat\xc3\xa9gique pour augmenter les ventes sur le territoire.
  • Coordonner les efforts de vente et de conversion dans les comptes cibl\xc3\xa9s.
  • Maintenir une fr\xc3\xa9quence de rencontres pour maintenir un niveau de service optimal.
  • Diff\xc3\xa9rencier les produits Hollister face \xc3\xa0 ceux de la concurrence.
  • \xc3\x89laborer et pr\xc3\xa9senter des propositions cliniques et financi\xc3\xa8res aux principaux d\xc3\xa9cideurs en collaboration avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de direction.
  • Au besoin, assurez la formation des clients lors de la conversion vers les produits Hollister.
  • Maintenir les normes de vente \xc3\xa9thiques et professionnelles de Hollister, dans le respect de nos principes immuables et de nos croyances culturelles.
  • Maintenir des communications \xc3\xa9troites avec le directeur national des ventes par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone ou par courrier \xc3\xa9lectronique.
  • \xc3\x89laborer un plan strat\xc3\xa9gique pour maximiser les opportunit\xc3\xa9s et atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 des s\xc3\xa9ances conjointes sur la route avec le directeur national des ventes et d\'autres membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de direction.
  • Assurer l\'utilisation et le respect des normes r\xc3\xa9gionales de salesforce.com afin de r\xc3\xa9aliser une croissance commerciale gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 des opportunit\xc3\xa9s et une gestion appropri\xc3\xa9e des clients/comptes.
  • Assister aux congr\xc3\xa8s et aux r\xc3\xa9unions de ventes selon les besoins.

Summary
The Continence Care Territory Manager is responsible for sales growth, diversification efforts and account management within the Quebec territory. The Territory Manager is also responsible for maintaining a positive business relationship with Hollister Limited\'s customers. All candidates must reside within the territory.

Responsibilities
  • Introduce new concepts, protocols, products and programs to clinicians and customers.
  • Manage a complex sale through institutional, rehab centers and retail organizations.
  • Ability to guide a sales call by following Hollister\'s consultative selling skills model, having a defined pre-call plan/agenda, and concluding with clear outcomes.
  • Analyze market data and develop strategic plans to grow sales within the territory.
  • Coordinate selling and conversion efforts with Hollister counterparts in any given target account.
  • Maintain call frequency to support account conversion and account service needs.
  • Resist price pressure by establishing clear differentiation between Hollister products and competitive alternatives.
  • Develop and present clinical and financial proposals to key decision makers in conjunction with the Management Team.
  • Conduct shift in-service programs as needed to ensure effective product adoption and utilization.
  • Maintain Hollister\'s Ethical and Professional selling standards abiding by our Immutable Principles and Cultural Beliefs.
  • Maintain close communications with the National Sales Manager through regular scheduled review of Account Plans, and Territory Updates, via telephone and email.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize opportunities and close business objectives.
  • Participate in scheduled co-travel and coaching sessions with the National Sales Manager and other members of the Management Team
  • Ensure utilization and compliance with the Regional Standards of salesforce.com in order to achieve business growth through opportunities and appropriate customer/account management.
  • Attend conventions and sales meetings as required.
Essential Functions of the Role

Work Experience Requirements
  • 2-5 years\' experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales or clinical background
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree required
