Auxly is currently seeking a

Territory Manager - BC Lower Mainland

to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Provincial Sales Manager - BC, you will act as the

face of Auxly

within the retail cannabis community, building meaningful relationships and driving the success of our brands across your territory. This is a remote role based out of

Vancouver or surrounding area

.

Role Responsibilities:





Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail teams including Regional Managers, Store Managers, Inventory Managers, and Budtenders to drive brand loyalty and increase sell-through. Consistently achieve sales and distribution targets across assigned territory by executing strategic retail plans and identifying key growth opportunities. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand distribution, increase volume, and improve market share. Develop in-depth knowledge of Auxly's product portfolio, including features and benefits, to effectively educate retail staff and influence consumer purchasing decisions. Deliver clear, persuasive communication using tailored sales techniques that resonate with retail decision-makers and frontline staff. Design and execute a strategic route and coverage plan aligned with regional sales goals and market priorities. Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate records of retail interactions, visit frequency, sales performance, and key insights from the field. Deploy brand visibility initiatives in retail environments to maximize consumer engagement and elevate brand presence. Collaborate closely with team members to share market insights, sales tactics, and best practices that drive overall regional success. Provide weekly reports to management detailing field activities, key wins, challenges, and progress toward KPIs. Manage territory budget responsibly, ensuring spend aligns with company guidelines and delivers measurable ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements:



2-4 years of experience in field sales within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a related field Strong understanding of the cannabis industry, including applicable provincial regulations (preferred) Proven ability to build and maintain effective, accountable relationships with both retail decision-makers and internal cross-functional teams Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel; experienced in utilizing CRM platforms to track sales activities and performance Excellent communication, product knowledge, and critical thinking skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively Exceptional time management skills with keen attention to detail and organizational discipline Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights as required Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable, well-maintained vehicle Ability to obtain and maintain valid provincial cannabis worker certifications as required by law
