Key Responsibilities
As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships throughout your assigned territory across the East Coast. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and Market Development:
  • Market and sell budgeted annual product volumes within your territory.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotion strategies tailored to your region.
  • Dealer and Customer Support:
  • Ensure all dealers are well-equipped and knowledgeable about the product line.
  • Educate dealers on company terms & conditions, sales, service, and finance aspects.
  • Maintain accessibility to dealers and, when necessary, directly to end-user customers.
  • Territory Management and Reporting:
  • Manage your territory expense budget to meet financial goals.
  • Complete all sales documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare detailed customer status reports covering sales activity, follow-ups, and prospects.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, equipment updates, and customer business needs.
  • Additional Duties:
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support territory and company objectives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant agricultural sales experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of agricultural machinery or a similar industry is essential.
  • Experience in sales or comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset.
Technical Skills:
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid passport for international travel.
  • Must be able to provide a recent driver's abstract.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Well-organized with the ability to prospect new accounts and manage multiple priorities.
