Terrain Park Supervisor
to lead a small, dedicated team in creating and maintaining an exceptional park experience for our members and guests.
This is a
full-time seasonal position
(approximately November through April) reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Terrain Park, ensuring it meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and flow.
Coordinate the design, build, and maintenance of park features, including jumps, rails, and signage.
Oversee and schedule the Terrain Park team to meet operational needs, including special events.
Promote a positive and collaborative team environment with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
Maintain daily reports and documentation for weather conditions, inspections, and maintenance.
Work closely with other departments to support on-hill events, competitions, and activations.
Support the Park Pass Program and assist in training and onboarding of new Terrain Park staff.
What You Bring
Strong skiing or snowboarding ability (required).
Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
Experience or strong understanding of terrain park maintenance and freestyle feature design.
Proficiency with tools, snowmobiles, and light equipment operation.
Valid driver's licence.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and outdoors in all weather conditions.
First Aid and/or ski/snowboard instructor certifications are an asset.
Work Environment
This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role is physically demanding and involves lifting up to 50 lbs, shoveling, and repetitive tasks.
