This is a 12-14 month term position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The Receptionist/Claims Intake is responsible for being the front line ambassador for Cancade Restoration Ltd. The primary responsibility is to ensure the office is open for business during the hours of operation. They will participate in the claims workflow to assist in delivering a high level of quality and service to our customers.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for opening & closing of front office
Responsible for Claims intake and Distribution of Claims
Claims Date Entry as directed by Management
Operates multi-line telephone system.
Answers question about the organization and provides callers with accurate information
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Management of meeting rooms
Expense input as directed by management
Check and sign for deliveries
Take customer payments.
Arranging courier services
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
Back up PO distribution for carpenters & project teams
Assist the management team as directed
Ordering & maintain coffee machine supplies
Maintains office supplies
Keep a record of visitors signing in and out of the building
Receives, sorts and routes incoming and outgoing mail
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
