Job Description

This position is in-person and is located in Edmonton, Alberta at the Edmonton Clinic Health Academy and Kaye Edmonton Clinic.

The School of Dentistry invites applications for a full-time, tenure track faculty position in Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology at the rank of Assistant Professor.

Applications to this position are restricted to current Academic Teaching Staff in the School of Dentistry.

The successful individual will be responsible for building and maintaining an active research program. There is an expectation for clinical and didactic teaching in oral maxillofacial radiology. There may be time allocated to private practice (if applicable).

Applicants will have graduated from a recognized dentistry program and have relevant postgraduate and clinical qualifications in the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. Preference will be given to applicants with a PhD degree and evidence of ability to provide high-quality undergraduate and graduate-level teaching in the area of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. The successful candidate will be expected to supervise graduate students and involve them in their program of research.
