Tenure Track Faculty Member, College of DentistryThe College of Dentistry invites applications from qualified individuals for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in Operative/Restorative Dentistry and Dental Materials at the academic ranking of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. The successful candidate will be required to deliver didactic, pre-clinical and clinical teaching; supervise student research projects; initiate, lead, and participate in research activities; compete successfully for internal and external funding to support their research program; and undertake relevant administrative activities.Applicants must possess a DDS/DMD or equivalent degree and provide evidence of collaborative academic achievements. A strong preference will be given to candidates who possess a PhD or MSc degree with a solid emerging record of research and/or academic accomplishments. Postdoctoral training is also considered an asset for the position. Desirable attributes include effective classroom teaching skills, mentoring abilities, and strong interpersonal communication skills.Salary bands for this position are as follows: Assistant Professor: $99,945 to $120,099; Associate Professor: $120,099 to $140,253; and Professor: $140,253 to $163,766.
