Job Summary
As a Tent Crew Leader, you will play a key role in our operations, leading a team of dedicated individuals to ensure the seamless installation and removal of tent structures and event products. This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to creating memorable moments for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of tent installation specialists
Safely work at heights, adhering to all necessary protocols and procedures
Train and mentor the installation crew, promoting teamwork and professional development
Drive company vehicles to and from sites, demonstrating responsible and reliable transportation practices
Install and dismantle tent structures, flooring systems, and other event products with precision and attention to detail
Prioritize the safety of all team members and ensure a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and comfortably work at heights
Experience in a leadership role or leading a team
Aptitude for construction and manual dexterity
High School diploma or equivalent education
Strong team player with excellent follow-through
Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new processes and systems
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, demonstrating a commitment to meeting project deadlines
Ability to thrive in various work environments and outdoor weather conditions
Steel toe boots are mandatory
Class 5 License and clean driving record are assets
* Experience driving and operating work vehicles, such as pickups, cargo vans, and 5-ton straight trucks, is desirable
