Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tennis Professional to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum Tennis Canada Coach 2 or Club Pro 2 certification and demonstrate a strong track record of both developing junior players and adults of all levels. This role requires a flexible schedule with availability during weekday afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Deliver group and private lessons for juniors and adults Assist in designing appropriate programs for players of all levels Support the growth of junior competitive pathways and recreational programs Provide feedback and guidance to players and parents Occasional travel to junior tennis tournaments to support players Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance program quality Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe environment on and off the court

Qualifications:

Minimum Tennis Canada Coach 2 or Club Pro 2 certification (required) Playing level 5.0+ Proven experience developing junior tennis players from beginner to competitive levels Experience instructing adult players of all skill levels Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, reliable, and passionate about player development Current First Aid/CPR certification Vulnerable sector screening required upon hiring
