Job Description

The Calgary Winter Club is Calgary's premier private family Club, situated in northwest Calgary on the edge of Nose Hill Park. The CWC offers an outstanding employee experience; we are firm believers that everyone should enjoy their work and have a successful work-life balance.

We are looking to fill a full time and part position as Tennis Administrator to work a either weekday or weekend day shifts.

What you will do:



Provide effective tennis court check-in, booking, cancellation and monitoring services

Monitor weekly court bookings and quotas and identify overages

Greet and provide service members, staff and guests with an energetic and positive demeanor

Respond to member inquiries in a timely manner.

Work collaboratively and cohesively with all Tennis professionals and instructors

Assist in the organization, administration of house leagues, competitions, tournaments, and other Tennis related programs as needed

Supervise and monitor Tennis facilities and court bookings and enforce Club Rules and Regulations concerning the use of the Tennis facilities.

What you will need:



Excellent customer service and administration skills with 3-5 years' experience Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to takes initiative and ownership of task Solutions oriented and proactive in nature Current Basic Rescuer CPR and First-Aid Certification
