We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Tenders Analyst to join our Contract Management team in Vaughan, ON. Reporting to the Manager, Tenders, you will contribute to business growth by supporting the full RFx lifecycle including Tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI) (collectively "RFx"). In this role, your primary focus will be to deliver accurate, high-quality submissions that meet customer-defined requirements and deadlines, helping position Cardinal Health Canada for success in competitive markets.
In this role, you will review RFx documentation to identify key requirements, contractual terms and conditions, and any potential risks, helping ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. You will support multiple RFx projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to the development of competitive, high-quality proposals.
Additionally, you will monitor the status of submitted RFx projects, coordinate contract award activities, and facilitate seamless execution between customers and internal teams. Post-award, you will manage contract amendments, extensions, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
