As a CBRE Tenant Services Manager, you will supervise a team responsible for the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, approve time off, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Partner with marketing team for event coordination, partner with vendors and various departments for event logistics and set up. Staying after hours for events may be required at times.
Work closely with leasing team and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
Manage contracts and participate in RFP process.
Work with multiple Market Leaders to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables, and contract execution process.
Ensure service and support provided by the team is consistent and timely.
Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
Assist with the development of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration, and governance.
Direct the client termination process.
Participate in the Asset Services internal audit process.

High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.
Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
