Tenant Services Coordinator

Job Description

The Tenant Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and community partners at Milton Heights. This position plays a key role in supporting tenants, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Coordinator works closely with management, maintenance, finance, and community support teams to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities



Tenant Support



Conduct suite checks for pest control and general maintenance. Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with management, maintenance, and community support teams, as well as vendors and Regina Police Services, to address tenant and property issues. Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and inspections. Support community engagement initiatives to foster a positive living environment. Build and maintain trusting, professional relationships with tenants through consistent, respectful communication. Respond to and de-escalate tense situations, including tenant conflicts or disruptive behaviors, using calm, trauma-informed approaches.

Administrative Duties



Prepare rent rolls and deposits. Draft written correspondence to tenants, including notices, arrears, and warnings. Communicate with Finance regarding invoices and month-end updates. Maintain accurate tenant files and data entry. Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and contractors. Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules. Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications



Minimum two years' experience in administration, property management, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems. Working knowledge of the

Office of Residential Tenancies (ORT)

and relevant Saskatchewan housing legislation. Experience working with diverse populations and maintaining confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
