Job Description


Role Impact:

In conjunction with the Manager, Tenant Relations, proactively coordinates every aspect of the tenant relationship by maintaining a consistent tenant services strategy.

What you will deliver:

  • Maintain positive tenant relationships through professional and effective responsiveness to, and proactive consideration of tenant issues, thereby ensuring that tenant expectations and landlord criteria are being consistently met;
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of initiatives to increase and uphold the quality and effectiveness of tenant relations;
  • Coordinate and distribute all relevant tenant communications, including on-site emergency response via SendWordNow
  • Assist the Manager, Tenant Relations in the coordination of tenant events, tenant appreciation events and tenant meetings;
  • Act as direct tenant liaison to ensure that all tenant construction activity and landlord work are well-coordinated, organized and proactively managed, and in fulfillment of lease obligations;
  • Meet with property management team, tenants, vendors, contractors and senior management as needed to review and provide support to resolve operational challenges and implement new initiatives;
  • Hold shared accountability for building presentation to ensure CF best-in-class image is upheld at all times at the complex;
  • Perform all coordination of tenant move ins and outs, including pass cards, access requests, service bookings, updating signage
  • Assist the Manager, Tenant Relations in the planning and execution of the marketing program and deliverables;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree at an accredited university preferred; college certificate/diploma in a related field;
  • RPA, Real Estate License or CPM Professional Designation desirable;
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in client services is preferred;
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
