Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate and sell technology products, ensuring customers are informed about features and benefits. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Assist customers with inquiries via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A passion for technology and the ability to convey information clearly to customers. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
