Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Handle clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks. Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks when necessary. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Support office operations by coordinating appointments and managing schedules for staff members. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

Requirements



Ability to communicate in

Tagalog or Filipino language

Proven experience in an office environment, preferably as a receptionist or in an administrative role. Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential. Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical duties is required. A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
