Receptionist position based out of our Head Office in

Langley, BC

.

This is a 2-3 week temporary contract position.



HOURS: 8:00am - 4:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES



Provide a positive customer experience to visitors and employees via phone, email, mail and in person. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Manage office supplies, order as needed. Assist Accounts Receivable. Taking the lead or assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties. Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation. Any other responsibilities as delegated by the President.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum 1 year of administrative and/or office experience. Excellent customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone. Great organizational skills and keen eye for detail. Basic understanding of financial principles relative to billing procedures. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). High School graduate. Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract.
