Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Alberta teaching certificate Proficiency in the use of educational technology Understanding and application of assessment for learning as demonstrated by individualized instruction Ability to work as part of a team

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Alberta Curriculum Ability and willingness to travel and work with students, and parents Ability to teach to and address a wide range of student needs Be a strong team member but able to work independently Be committed to a learner-centered philosophy Maintain close contact with students, parents, and other stakeholders Monitor, guide and support students in their progress
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
