Job Role:

- Physically capable (will need bend, lift and restrain animals in different/difficult positions, lift over 30 lbs comfortably, etc.)
- Bill out clients, file and book appointments
- Assisting in surgery settings, as well as appointment settings
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (occasionally 9-10 hours may be required depending on the day)
- Monday to Friday (Latest shift until 7pm on Wednesdays & Thursdays)
- No weekends
- No overnight shifts/ No on call
- Parking on site
- Dental/Medical Insurance (offered following 3 months probation period)
Education/ Requirements
- Registered Veterinary Technician in good standing of regulatory body. New graduates welcome to apply! Must have passed (or will soon be passing) the VTNE. (If you are an out-of-province applicant you must be willing to be certified with both EVTA & NBVMA). Graduates with a Veterinary Assistant Diploma are also welcomed to apply.
