The Opportunity

RVS invites you to apply for a temporary full-time (1.0 FTE) Elementary Generalist (Grade 6) teaching position starting

March 24, 2026 (with the possibility to start sooner) until June 30, 2026,

at Fireside School.

This position is not open to those holding a Continuing Teaching contract with RVS.

Pre-employment Requirements

Applicants must possess or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate. To be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate you must have applied for initial certification with Alberta Education at The successful candidate must submit a current Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check within 30 days of the start of your employment

New/Recent Graduates Only

: In lieu of a reference letter please submit your final practicum report.
