St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Academy Jr./Sr. High School in Slave Lake invites applications for the following position:
Temporary Educational Assistant
Candidate must have the following:
A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Commitment to teaching in a school which permeates the Catholic Faith
Job Details:
Temporary Teacher Assistant (1.0 FTE) to work with students through a team approach. This position will begin as soon as a suitable candidate is found and is excepted to continue until June 30,2026. Short listing of suitable candidates will be ongoing until a suitable candidate is found. Wages and benefits will be in accordance with Living Waters collective Agreement with AUPE and vary depending on qualifications and experience.

Preference will be given to Catholic candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
Experience in Early Childhood Development Working knowledge of Student Success Plans Experience/Education in Behavior Management. Teacher Assistant Diploma Computer literacy skills * Experience/Training in Speech Language and Occupational Therapy Techniques
