Our Village of Aspen Lake located in Windsor, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Quality and Innovation to join their Long-Term Care Village team.

To be successful as our New Director of Quality & Innovation, you will:

Have post-secondary education in a health-related or quality improvement field. Understand relevant policies, procedures, legislation and regulations applicable to the long-term care sector, including the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 and Health & Safety Act of Ontario. Update and manage information to assist in the collection and analysis of quality improvement data. Ensure continuous quality improvement and risk management through the coordination and analysis of quality assurance audits, ongoing training and education of team members to meet legislative and organizational standards. Demonstrate an ability to ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work including data entry, analysis of data and documentation. Coordinate Village engagement surveys, analysis and reporting. Have exceptional computer efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Work in a Cross-Functional team environment. Demonstrate an ability to provide a positive customer experience and trust for our residents, families, team members, volunteers and students.

Informatics and quality assurance experience Experience working in a Long-Term Care setting Current Heart Save Level of CPR
