At Canadian Tire we work flexibility embracing 'Hybrid' whereby individuals utilize a combination of working at a CTC campus and or virtually in service of outcomes. Determined by managers, decisions around work location will be made based on business and team needs and grounded in a desire to support individual well-being and personal needs. Flexible work location options are available including In-Office, Remote work (pending assessment approval) and Hybrid for existing employees.

This role is open to applicants residing in Ontario.

What you'll do

Roles we are currently sourcing for:



Roadside Assistance Representative:

Respond to a wide variety of requests from Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance, Home Services and Drivers Academy customers such as dispatching a service provider to provide roadside assistance, general inquiries on membership benefits/product features, enrolment, etc. which ultimately will build loyalty to the Canadian Tire brand

We are looking for individuals who are:

Customer focused, who go above and beyond to respond to the evolving needs of our customers Solutions oriented and outcome focused, with a strong attention to detail Team players with strong communications skills, who build relationships easily


While some experience is preferred, if you have a willingness to learn and are able to solve problems while keeping the customer top of mind, then this is definitely the place to be.



Our current department hours of operation are:

7:00am - 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday

Your scheduled shifts will vary according to business needs and the individual's given available time frames. Availability requirements range between days, evenings and weekends.
