Job Description

An established Certified Financial Planner is seeking a temporary assistant who will help on a few projects. This is an entry to intermediate level position. But for the right candidate, it's possible to develop into a full-time Associate role.

Selected candidate will be required to help on a few projects. If the candidate can successfully move onto the Associate opportunity, he/she will be involved in the following roles & responsibilities :

Supporting the Planner to provide first-class financial planning and strategic wealth management services to our clients. Providing secretarial and administrative support in daily operations Managing client reviews, scheduling meetings and preparing client meeting materials. Engaging in business development activities and providing support on the due diligence process. Assisting in investment portfolio reviews and preparing insurance needs analysis, if applicable. Preparing marketing & communication materials for clients and target markets.

You have years of related work experience in the finance sector (knowledge and previous background in insurance and investment planning will be an advantage). Completion or in the process of obtaining the following is considered an asset: Securities license, CFP, and/or Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
