Hours: Friday 2300 to Sunday 2300 Every Other Weekend including STATS

Classification: CDSW

Summary:

Staff will support a lady in her home with personal care, bathing and toileting, cooking diet specific meals, community access and day to day life skills. This shift is 48 hours- staff start shift at 2300 on Fridays and need to come prepared to live in the home the weekend, until Sunday 2300 or STAT days 2300.
Qualifications:

Diploma in Disability Supports and/or related education preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required. A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required. Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification. Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver's license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required. Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.
Salary: $19.75 - $24.27 This is dependent on education.
