Burnaby based company is looking to hire a temp Administrative Assistant for 1 day per week -
They need someone for 1 day a week (Thursdays) for approximately one month. Could go longer.
START DATE: Thursday, November 6th
PAY: $22-23/hr
HOURS: Flexible - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm start
Location: Burnaby
Primary duties will include:

  • General office administration
  • Provide administrative support to Manager and others members of the department
  • Provide support for other divisions
  • Organize shipping envelopes.
  • Reconcile Cheques. Enter shipping label data into their Fedex portal, to produce the required shipping documents, label packages for shipment by the end of that
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience dealing couriers is an asset (FedEx)
  • Must be able to deal with highly confidential information
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Must have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment
