We are looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our AGS Telus Mobility team in the field. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Telus Mobility products and services to businesses and consumers within a designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with businesses and consumers in the designated territory.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience while promoting and selling Telus Mobility products and services.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best recommendations to customers.
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Attend training and development sessions as required.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a sales environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work a Full Time from Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM.
