What You'll Do as the Sales Associate:

Acquire new customers with leads provided Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, address their questions, and recommend suitable solutions through face-to-face sales. Promptly resolve customer complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction. Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features. Stay informed about offered products and discuss available options. Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the client's sales goals.
What You Bring to the Team:

1-2 years of Sales-Support/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is an asset. Proficiency in English. Track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
