Join Alarm Guard Security, the largest TELUS trusted provider in North York, Toronto. Protecting families across Canada since 2003. We offer promotional Telus Smart Home protection systems and Telus Telecommunication solutions at no cost to selected clients. As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will involve actively promoting and selling TELUS Mobility, TELUS Security (ADT), and TELUS home services such as Internet and TV to residential customers. You will collaborate with a team of motivated individuals under the guidance of an experienced Field Manager who shares a similar mindset. Sales and Marketing Team opportunity:

• Travel across different locations in Toronto and Ontario with a company-provided vehicle.
• Communicate the value of safety and security to customers.
• Review customer requirements and provide consultative solutions.
• Advise and recommend home automation and protection needs.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and services.
• Identify customer needs and execute effective strategies.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues.
• Offer Alarmguard against potential competitors.

Compensation

• Initially compensation will be based on performance in the Field and determined by the number of sales closed by your Team Leader.
• After your first 15 sales, you will be eligible for BONUSES and the positions of Field Trainer Yearly package ranging between $50k-$60k /year (base pay + commissions) once you are promoted to these roles.

Requirements during training:

• Available Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM-9:00 PM.
• Willing to travel in a company vehicle.
• Goal-oriented with excellent communication and people skills.
• Fast learner and open to meeting new people.
• Background check required.
