Position Overview

As a

Telus Brand Ambassador

, you'll represent Telus products and services in face-to-face, residential settings. This role focuses on creating meaningful connections with potential customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions--all while developing valuable skills in communication, leadership, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Telus products and services directly to prospective customers Deliver excellent customer experiences and personalized solutions Participate in a structured 6-week training program to build sales and leadership skills Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed goals Maintain product knowledge and stay current on service offerings and promotions

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset--but not required Professional attitude and eagerness to learn
