How you make a difference
As the Telemedicine and Onsite Specialty Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the Mass DOC team by facilitating the seamless execution of the telemedicine program and onsite specialty clinics. You\'ll be responsible for overseeing program coordination, tracking, and implementation, while also generating crucial metrics to update the Corporate Telemedicine Department and The Company Mass DOC Operations Leadership. Additionally, you\'ll manage the Gender Dysphoria registry, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Mass DOC\'s healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the initiation of new telemedicine programs and provider setups, managing processes from initial request to technology implementation and training.
Track and organize program data using matrices and dashboards, generating monthly and quarterly telemedicine encounter reports.
Travel to facilities as required to review workflows, install equipment, and provide necessary training, ensuring smooth operations.
Coordinate telemedicine provider and vendor schedules across multiple facilities and facilitate essential program meetings.
Efficiently schedule and manage onsite specialty clinics, liaising with specialists, communicating schedules, and maintaining the Gender Dysphoria registry while supporting various departments and tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Minimum of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
Experience
Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Access or Tableau Experience a plus. Experience using SharePoint a plus.
Medical or Public Health background a plus.
