Telemarketing Representative
to join our on-site team and help generate qualified leads.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective residential and commercial customers Promote services such as carpet & upholstery cleaning, plumbing repairs, handyman services, and renovation work Set appointments for in-home estimates or service calls Record customer information accurately in our system Follow call scripts and respond to objections professionally Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for data entry Positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset Must be reliable and punctual Available to work on-site in London, Ontario

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
