Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Telemarketing Executive

with strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with international prospects. This role focuses on reaching out to marketing agencies, qualifying potential partners, and generating high-quality leads for our sales team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate natural, fluent English communication, strong objection-handling skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly across diverse cultures and business environments.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Telemarketing



Execute a high volume of outbound calls to agency owners and decision-makers. Use prepared scripts while adapting conversations to match individual communication styles. Identify prospects' needs, qualify leads, and determine genuine partnership opportunities. Schedule calls or consultations for the internal sales team.

Inbound Lead Management



Respond to inbound inquiries and provide initial service information. Guide potential leads through early qualification steps.

Sales & CRM Management



Accurately record every interaction in the CRM system. Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, qualified leads, and appointments. Maintain structured follow-up routines to nurture warm leads.

Team Collaboration



Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for ongoing campaign alignment. Share insights on prospect behavior, objections, and lead quality. Support continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications



3+ years of experience

in international outbound telemarketing or inside sales.

Excellent English communication

-- clear, natural, and adaptable to global audiences. Proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, and drive conversations confidently. Experience working with CRM systems and outbound calling tools/dialers. Strong problem-solving, listening, and persuasion skills. Comfortable making

high-volume calls

and working toward weekly targets. Professional attitude, reliability, and strong time management.

Work Schedule & Requirements



Part-time role with

flexible hours

, depending on active campaigns. Must be able to align with the US/ Canada working hours. Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and quiet workspace.

Desired Qualifications



Background in B2B services, digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments. Experience in lead generation for marketing or technology-based services. Knowledge of CRM, marketing tools, or sales automation platforms.
