RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, configure, and service wireless home alarm systems (Qolsys panel)
Securely mount keypads, door/window sensors, and other devices
Drill and prepare areas for camera wiring installations
Perform service work using proper tools, testing equipment, and approved techniques
Deliver outstanding customer service and on-site technical support
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or certification in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field is considered an asset
Confident communicator, able to train and interact with customers effectively
Previous experience in telecom, electrical, electronics, cabling, or related industries is an advantage
REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable
white-colored vehicle
Basic tools
A valid class-5 driver's license
Must pass a Criminal Background check.
