Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled leaderto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication systems. This role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure, low voltage systems, and various telecommunication technologies. The Supervisor will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient communication services are provided to our clients.

Responsibilities



Oversee crew of in house and sub-contractor workforce Ongoing training, mentoring and coaching when required High expectation for health and safety policies and procedures Submit reports to Management team Participate in meetings, and company events Project Management and working on tight timelines Must have a high standard for quality Manage and ordering for material and parts Perform electrical tasks related to low voltage installations and repairs. Troubleshoot network infrastructure issues and implement effective solutions. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members on projects. Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs. Must be willing to travel when required.

Qualifications



Proven experience in telecommunication installation or maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with coaxial, data, and fibre technologies and network infrastructure is essential. Strong people skills, proven track record in leadership is an asset. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. Pay: $4,500.00-$7,200.00 per month
