Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Sales Representative:



Represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm through in-person residential engagement and in-office collaboration. Meet with pre-qualified leads in assigned territories and introduce Rogers home services that match each customer's unique needs. Educate customers on how our offerings can improve their daily life, while building trust and lasting relationships. Consistently exceed personal sales goals with confidence and enjoy unlimited earning potential. Be an integral part of a vibrant team culture, contributing to regular strategy sessions, celebrating milestones, and driving mutual success.

Bring a positive, goal-oriented mindset and thrive on achieving personal success. Have strong interpersonal skills and love connecting with people face to face. Are self-motivated, coachable, and can manage your own schedule effectively. Have previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service - not required, your attitude and drive matter most. Possess access to a vehicle (preferred but not mandatory, we offer transportation for team members without cars). Are available full-time, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
