- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Tasks
Test equipment to locate transmission faults Complete and maintain test and service reports Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders or other support structures Splice, join and connect wires Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers and amplifiers Maintain and repair aerial and underground transmission systems Inspect, test and repair cable signals and associated equipment Connect, disconnect and relocate cable outlets Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
