Telecom/Business Technician

. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist in the design of telecommunication plans, install technological equipment, analyze technical specifications, and communicate with customers.





Responsibilities:


Assist in the design of high-level telecommunication plans Plan installations, migration and decommissioning with zero blackout Installation of technology equipment and wireless technology equipment Analyze technical specifications to prepare installation schematic and documentation Conduct site surveys and audits when required Communicate project progress and concerns with clients Quickly shift priorities and adapt to changes to meet organizational and department requirements Other duties as assigned




Qualifications:


A university/college degree in telecommunications or electronics, or appropriate work-related experience is required Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and phone systems is required Previous experience, especially in a technical role and/or ISP industry, preferred Ability to learn and utilize new computer and phone software programs Products & services knowledge Excellent service focus Self-starter with a high level of attention to detail Excellent administration skills Excellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skills Excellent organizational/analytical skills Ability to problem solve & troubleshoot issues Experience resolving conflict Ability to multitask



Aptitude testing, clean driver's abstract and criminal background clearance may be required.
