Previous experience with Wireless/ Cell Site installation
Previous experience leading and managing a crew
Comfortable working at heights
Good physical condition
Willing to work outdoors
Willing to travel
Mechanically inclined
Safety minded
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Ability to interpret engineered drawings
Knowledge of RF and DC drawings
Understand and have good troubleshooting skills to locate the transmission faults
Valid Canadian driver's license is required
Must be authorized to work in Canada
Maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers and clients
Must be reliable, trustworthy and have a positive attitude!
