Now Hiring: Project Manager - Telecom (Rooftops & Towers)

Toronto Preferred | Remote with Travel Required

6-Month Term Contract | Full-Time

Redwood Infrastructure is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager

to lead the planning and execution of rooftop and tower-based telecommunications infrastructure projects across Canada. This is a 6-month contract opportunity to take on critical work delivering next-generation wireless infrastructure that powers connectivity from the ground up. This position has the capacity to extend into permanent, full-time employment.You'll manage the entire project lifecycle--from scoping, acquisition, and design to civil construction, steel installation, and commissioning--across a diverse and technically challenging portfolio. This role demands a hands-on leader with deep experience in telecom project delivery, civil construction knowledge, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.#

What You'll Do

Lead rooftop and tower telecom builds from initial planning through handover. Manage project lifecycle, including site acquisition, engineering, construction, and testing. Oversee technical elements like geotechnical assessments, foundation design, steel fabrication, and compound construction. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports. Collaborate across internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet scope, cost, and timeline targets. Provide clear status updates and risk reporting to leadership and clients. Maintain full governance compliance, including NDA obligations and reporting accuracy.

What You Bring

10+ years of project management experience in telecom, infrastructure, or construction. Proven success managing tower and rooftop infrastructure builds in Canada. Strong knowledge of civil construction components such as foundation types, environmental studies, and steel structure installation. Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and managing vendor and client relationships. Skilled in financial tracking, analytics, and project reporting. PMP certification or equivalent is a strong asset. Based in Toronto or open to travel across Canada.

Physical & Site Requirements

Ability to walk, climb, and navigate rooftops and active construction zones. Comfortable wearing PPE (hard hat, boots, harness, etc.) and complying with job site protocols. Capacity to travel to urban and remote project locations across Canada. Able to remain on foot and inspect elevated structures for extended periods.
