The Lineman Apprentice will work with experienced professionals, learning the essentials of Telecom line installation, repair, and maintenance. You'll receive on-the-job training, gaining practical skills in operating bucket trucks and digger derricks, working at heights, and climbing utility poles. If you are eager to learn, physically fit, and looking for a long-term career in telecommunications, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair telecommunications lines. Operate bucket trucks and digger derricks under supervision. Learn to climb utility poles safely and perform tasks at heights. Follow industry safety standards and protocols. Support experienced linemen with day-to-day tasks and troubleshooting. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interest in becoming a lineman and learning all aspects of the trade. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and safety-focused mindset. Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. Physically fit to handle the demands of the job. Must have Class 3 driver's license with air brake endorsement
Assets (Not Required):

Prior experience in construction or related fields. Knowledge of telecom or power line work. Familiarity with safety protocols and standards.
