We're looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused

Technology Specialist

to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll guide customers through their new vehicle's features and technology -- ensuring they leave confident, informed, and excited to drive.

What You'll Do:

Perform Delivery Process of Sold vehicles with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide hands-on demonstrations of in-car technology and infotainment systems Assist customers with phone pairing, navigation, driver-assist features, and more Explain extended warranties, GAP protection & GM maintenance plans Support the sales team in delivering a seamless, 5-star customer experience Ensure each customer fully understands their vehicle's features before they drive away

You Bring:

Strong communication and people skills A passion for technology and vehicles A desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry Experience in customer service or automotive is a strong asset

Valid PEI driver's licence held for a minimum of 3 years

Pay: $35,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
