Position Overview




We're looking for a tech-savvy, forward-thinking

Technology Specialist

to manage and optimize the systems that power our business. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for overseeing our IT infrastructure, SAAS integrations & Website technology, managing our core platforms (HubSpot and Microsoft 365), leading SaaS integrations, and ensuring the performance and security of our digital ecosystem. You'll also take the lead on driving our AI strategy--identifying, implementing, and training the team on tools that improve productivity, automation, and innovation.


The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of system architecture, software integrations, and cybersecurity best practices. Day to Day

Accountabilities



1. SaaS Integrations & Website Technology (40%)



Design, manage, and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Stripe, PandaDoc, WordPress, Zapier, etc.). Develop custom APIs and automated workflows to streamline data movement and reduce manual input. Oversee all aspects of company web assets, including website uptime, portals, domains, DNS, SSL, and reporting infrastructure. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure web and platform functionality.

2. AI Strategy, Implementation & Enablement (15%)



Stay current on emerging AI technologies relevant to business operations. Recommend and implement AI tools and solutions within existing platforms (e.g., ChatGBT, HubSpot, Microsoft 365). Train and empower team members to use AI for automation, content creation, chatbots, and data analysis. Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, and innovation across departments.

3. Microsoft 365 & Business Application Management (10%)



Administer the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) across the organization. Establish and maintain user permissions, collaboration environments, and communication workflows. Enforce security protocols and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of O365 services. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for team members.

4. HubSpot CRM Administration & Optimization (25%)

Own the HubSpot platform architecture, user access, data structure, automation, and reporting. Configure and optimize workflows, automations, lead scoring, and employee/customer journeys. Lead enhancements including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, training, and documentation. Provide day-to-day support and training to ensure strong user adoption across departments.

5. Technology Ecosystem & Infrastructure (10%)



Manage all technology hardware and software, including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Create and maintain IT process documentation, policies, and security protocols. Lead internal IT projects and initiatives; provide hands-on support and coordinate with vendors when needed. Train staff on equipment and software use; ensure adherence to IT standards and security best practices. Manage all IT-related equipment and ensure proper asset inventory.

HubSpot CRM Proficiency



Advanced knowledge of HubSpot administration, including automation, reporting, and customization. Experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms using APIs or middleware.

Microsoft 365 Administration



Deep expertise in managing Microsoft 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Ability to configure user roles, permissions, and security settings.

SaaS Integrations & API Development



Strong understanding of API-based integrations and experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make). Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) to customize integrations and build automation.

Website & Domain Management



Hands-on experience managing websites, domains, and DNS records. Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.

Project Management Skills

Ability to manage multiple technology projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines. Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs for technology workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills



Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations. Experience with e-commerce platforms or membership-based websites. Familiarity with LMS platforms. Knowledge of SQL, PHP, or other backend technologies.
